Our positive, high-quality instruction covers all dance aspects, from movement and choreography to technique and conditioning. Diverse IDA Schedule for Dancers of All Ages The IDA schedule includes classes for beginners and pre-professional dancers of all ages. The curriculum-based Pre-Dance class is intended for babies aged nine months to seven years. It exposes them to movement, coordination, and basic dance abilities in an organized environment. Students in grades one to twelve can take a specific class based on their grade level in multiple dance styles and techniques. Pre-professionals can take classes to learn advanced techniques for multiple dance styles. We provide adult classes for all levels, from beginners to professionals.
