Memory Ventures was originally formed as a result of the establishment of ScanDigital. The first brand was launched in 2007 and was essentially founded on the back of ScanDigital. The portfolio now has 5 memory preservation brands. Each of our brands offers a varied mix of products and services. However, all of them have the same underlying aim, helping consumers relive the best moments of their lives. This helps us remain one of America's fastest growing companies, a feat that has been recognized twice in 2012 and 2013. Likewise, we were featured in Deloitte Fast500 in 2013 and 2014. Our operations have been highly efficient and they continue to improve. The platform built over the years is based on proprietary technology and systems.
