Since we started working on the project to write an "About Us" section for our website at least four years ago, Last week, we realized it should not be so hard because it is not about the people pictured. But when We looked at the photos on our page, it reminds us of how important our families are. Here's a picture of Jon and Sara, but Brooklyn Cafe and Roasting Co. represent more than just "Us."

The current circumstances facing Our Business Partners are unique. In over twenty years, since becoming partners in business, we have not made quick decisions or choices. We work hard every day to make the best coffee.
