The people I talked to, both on the phone and in person were courteous, friendly and expert. The person I spoke to over the phone knew immediatley what size bike I needed based on my height and checked the manufacurer's site for availability. I decided to visit the shop since I had some questions about the bike. I ordered the bike on Tuesday, it was ready on Friday and I picked it up on Saturday. I especially liked their website where they list all of the bikes available by manufacturer and type (i.e. mountain, road, hybrid, etc.) I was able to pick out the bike I wanted and the price I paid was the MSRP on the website - no markup; and the price included assembly. I also get a free tuneup within 3 months of the purchase. Also, my receipt says that new bikes come with a lifetime adjustment package, which includes adjustments on gears, brakes, wheel alignment, etc. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend the shop to anyone looking to buy a new bicycle or have their old one tuned.
