Dental Health Professional Feedback: Heather, my Dental Hygienist at Brassfield Dental Center, was just amazing! She was accommodating and directed me to a room for my Deep Cleaning appointment. The ambience was calm and inviting, despite the noise present. She studied and explained the Deep Cleaning procedure to me, which helped me to relax. She used a local anesthetic, and I never felt any pain or discomfort as the Deep Cleaning ensues. The anesthetic kept me numb throughout the entire procedure. It was clear how skilled she was, and she paid attention to every detail. Heather effortlessly connected with me as a professional as she communicated. She is a very organized and focused individual. She demonstrated high standards of skill and professionalism. This is a top-quality employee that I would recommend to my friends and family without hesitation. Heather performs at a high level, and in my opinion, she is indeed top-notch! It was very considerate that they scheduled this Deep Cleaning appointment at my convenience. I do not live in the Raleigh Area, but I am comfortable during this visit. The staff has been friendly and accommodating, which has made me feel at home. 2. Treated very well by whole staff!!!!! Outsource from VA. The entire Brassfield Dental Center team deserves a 5-star rating. I was surprised by the dentist office's connection with the VA, which meticulously assessed my past oral health. They were very professional and thorough during my consultation, which was a pleasant surprise. I thought Heather and the Front Desk Coordinator were particularly professional and friendly. They were both helpful in providing me with accurate information about the practice and their services. I would indeed recommend Brassfield Dental Center to my friends and family as a result of the treatment I received. The staff demonstrated great consideration and understanding towards me, which made me feel very valued. I felt seen and understood during the time I spent at the Brassfield Dental Center, which helped me to heal mentally. 3. Thanks for the patience and kindness you had with me. You made me feel at ease, and I did not feel any pain at all during the whole procedure. Heather, who is my Dental Hygiene Professional, helped me to relax by treating me respectfully and genuinely. She was empathetic and did not judge me. I was not ashamed or afraid of the process. I was able to take a nap as she continued with the deep cleaning process. She was very professional and courteous. I also talked with the Front Desk Coordinator, who was supportive and patient. She had a calm and understanding demeanor, which made me relax. Heather and the Front Desk Coordinator were professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Brassfield Dental Center to my friends and family as a result. I felt like I was in safe hands during the whole process, and I was not tense. 4. The people at this office are very friendly! I was taken aback by how kind and understanding the Brassfield Dental Center staff were. Dr. Young and his team were compassionate and patient, even though I was anxious and scared. The visit was worthwhile, as they were very patient with me and assured me everything would be okay. Dr. Young took time to listen to me and assured me that he would be gentle with me when taking me through the process. I could only feel slight glass etching and polishing, which did not hurt. Heather also reassured me that I was safe and taken care of. She was very calm and focused during the whole process. The receptionist was patient and helpful when it came to payment process. I would recommend Brassfield Dental Center to my friends and relatives. He was very patient and understanding towards the new patients who could not remember everything easily. He was compassionate and reassuring, and I would confidently go back and take my kids for the service. 5. My visit was excellent. Dr. Young and the rest of his team were very understanding and kind. I was very comfortable during the entire process, and I did not feel any discomfort. Dr. Young was very kind and gentle, and he assured me that I would be okay during the whole process. My dental hygienist, who was Heather, was also nice and gentle. She took me through the procedures and assured me that she would be gentle. I especially liked how they were honest and transparent during the while process. I would recommend Brassfield Dental Center to my friends, relatives and other people. The experience was worthwhile, and I would gladly go back again. This is also a friendly and welcoming and I would recommend families to visit the place.
