She made a new bite guard right in her office and took the time to ensure it fit my bite perfectly. After wearing it for a week, she personally checked the fit and let me know I could call anytime if I needed an adjustment. The new bite guard immediately relieved the pain and tension in my jaw, and it’s much slimmer and more comfortable than my old one. I’m so grateful for Dr. Hong’s care and attention to detail —she truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Shannon Dr. Hong and her team are exceptional! A few years ago I was referred by a friend who spoke highly of this team and now I get to share the love. I have been going routinely for cleanings and crowns and such that have all been superb. Yesterday, however, I experienced excruciating pain and Dr. Hong fit me in at the last minute and made immediate contact with an endodontist who fit me in immediately for a root canal that brought me incredible relief. The endodontist remarked at how perfect Dr. Hong's work was on my crown and I just sat there in awe of both of these physicians who showed me such kindness amd caring and did incredible work and brought me relief in a hurry. When I first went in to get my crown I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Hong was amazing and I ended up being so relaxed and I didn’t feel any pain at all. And Dr. Hong is a good replacement for Dr. Szott (whose smiling face I miss). This office is extremely organized and efficient.
