Premier Dental Greensboro: LaJean Morrow, DDS Customer Testimonials 1. Love Premier Dental!! The staff is great and super friendly. And Dr Morrow is the best dentist we have ever had!! 2. I had MAJOR anxiety when visiting the dentist as a child, and even more so as an adult. That anxiety has gone away while being under the care of Dr.Morrow-Smith!! She’s sweet, talks to you about your life, not just your teeth, and the funniest/best part is she will sing a tune while working on your mouth. She has friendly and knowledgeable staff, blankets in the office, the chairs will give you a subtle massage, and the playlist is always on point. She’s amazing and knows how to keep you relaxed and comfortable!!! If you’re looking for a GREAT dentist, you WILL find one here!! 3. Dr. Lajean Smith did all of my veneers 5 years ago! I am extremely happy with the results. I have recommended her to so many friends and clients. She is the ONLY person that I allow to do any work in my mouth! Rather you need teeth cleanings, root canals, or veneers, hands down Dr. Lajean is the best! Oh and she’s a great karaoke singer in the office too! 4. While there were some initial issues with communication and billing that left me frustrated, I believe it’s important to acknowledge when a business makes a genuine effort to make things right. Dr. LaJean Morrow handled the situation with professionalism, sincerity, and integrity. She clearly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. That said, some of the staff could benefit from adopting the same level of care and attentiveness that Dr. Morrow demonstrates. Mistakes were made, but I appreciate the resolution and the respect shown throughout the follow-up. 10. The woman who did my cleaning was extremely kind, informative, and professional! 11. Great experience getting a crown here. Everyone is so kind and friendly and Dr. Morrow-Smith made getting a crown pleasant. Highly recommend! 12. Excellent dental office! Dr. LaJean is kind, caring, skilled and, if you’re lucky, she may even sing to you while she works. I love being able to get a crown done in only one visit and I really appreciated the one time I have needed services urgently, they worked me in same day!
