Customer Comments I retained Lofaro & Headley based on the positive reviews I saw. At first, Mr. Lofaro was quick to respond, but as the matter progressed and a complaint needed to be drafted and filed, communication dropped off. I eventually chose not to continue with the firm and requested confirmation of my remaining retainer balance and a refund. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails over several months, I still haven’t received either. It’s been very frustrating to deal with this lack of communication and resolution. I expected more professionalism and timely responsiveness from Mr. Lofaro, and based on this experience I would not recommend Lofaro & Headley. I worked with Larry Lofaro on 2 real estate transactions, first to buy a Hoboken condo in 2020 and later to sell said condo in 2025. Larry was on top of every detail and went above and beyond to make sure both deals closed, including doing a ton of follow-up to ensure escrow funds were released to me following resolution of a permitting issue.
