They assured me that my issue would be resolved in 30 days, but 4 months later, there is no progress. They avoid calls and emails, and instead of solving the problem, they exacerbated it. Don't trust them. This is my true experience. 2. Do not recommend. They took my deposit — the very last money I had in my bank — fully knowing how much my situation depended on their actions. They promised to resolve my problem within 30 days, but after 4 months, nothing has been done. They don’t answer emails or phone calls, and instead of fixing the issue, they created even more problems for me. Please do not trust them. This is my honest experience. 3. I hired the firm for my adjustment of status case as I had a few things I was concerned about and they were very helpful and communicative. We only had a small hiccup in the process and otherwise everything went smoothly and timeline for the whole process was faster than what I had expected.
