Absolute Dental - Maryland Pkwy Customer Reviews: These are graded comments from most to least loyal TERRIBLE service. I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and expected to be seen no later than 10:15. Instead, I was not called back until 10:42. As a new patient, this was an immediate red flag. It gave the impression that the office overbooks patients to maximize income rather than respecting patients’ time and providing attentive care. If I had arrived 40 minutes late, I would likely have been charged a late fee or refused service altogether - so why is it acceptable for an office, which is being paid by its patients, to operate this way? Patients are customers, and mutual respect for time should go both ways. Because of this experience, I chose to refuse service and will not be returning. I cannot recommend this dental office. They appear to have more than enough patients already. I suggest finding a dental practice that values professionalism, punctuality, and quality service - this one unfortunately did not meet those standards. ABSOLUTELY NOT. La receta no estaba a mi nombre, nadie me hablo de operación, nadie me consulto al respecto y ni vida cara del dr, no voy mas, Disculpe la franqueza y el tiempo que le hice perder, pero yo perdí mas porque esa fue mi 3ra visita y no vi ningún resultado, soy un ser humano no una cosa
