I will start off by saying I received a recommendation from a highly prestigious law firm to meet with Linda about my legal issue, so I took their advice. I paid $150 for a consultation, and after my meeting with her, I left on a positive note. Linda reassured me she would try her best to help me. A few weeks after that initial consultation, I decided to call the office to follow-up with Linda to see if she needed anything more from me. I wanted to know if there was any more information to provide or if there was anything else I needed to do in order to receive further advice or even retain her for further information. However, over one, two, and now THREE months later, I have yet to receive a call back from Linda. I have called the office almost ten times and even sent two emails, all of which have gone unanswered. It is very disappointing to know that Linda was able to take my $150 so quickly, and yet I still have not received one simple phone call back. That is all I had asked for in the beginning — just a return phone call. I feel as if I was truly robbed of my $150, and I have expressed my discontent to the law firm that referred me to her in the first place. They were equally appalled at the situation and have stated that they will never refer anyone else to this attorney.
