Outstanding Kitchen Design Experience From Ann at the Commack LI location Today (01/04/26) I visited the location and without an appointment, I was apprehensive about being assisted. We walked in and were attended to by Ann, Kitchen Design Specialist. She spent over three hours helping us patiently talk about any query or concern with professionalism and knowledge. Ann was very professional and knowledgeable. She gave expert advice, thoughtful suggestions, and practical solutions, always explaining the reason behind the choice. She is patient and positive and seems to be genuinely interested in making sure we are not making a wrong decision rather than trying to sell cabinets. She is an expert. We were very happy with the design and the selections. I also had a chance to try in Wren where the representative was good, but Ann has a lot of experience and knowledge and even Home Depot had below-average service. Grade: A+ 8. After having my fill of Home Depot, I went to Commack for my last project. Syed, the Pro Sales Specialist, expertly helped me from placing the order to picking it up. He was patient throughout, and everything went much better than I anticipated. Went again for the next project, and he handled everything just as well as the last time. Grade: B
