The Home Depot Customer Feedback Summary Monica helped me buy a storm door. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the young man who waited and helped me load the door into my truck (I apologize for not remembering his name), but he was a polite and patient young man. Super helpful employees, there are certain employees who work the floor that are very knowledgable, I always look to find a familiar face when i'm looking for a specifc item. Lucas was very helpful, I came in looking for a hammer and he immediately came over to help! Thanks for the quick and helpful service!! I went to Home Depot on the evening of 1/13/26. My refrigerator had stopped working. The store was close to closing and the person scheduled for the appliance department was not in. Joey came to my rescue. Though the refrigerator I wanted was not available or produced based on the specs I needed (counter depth, black stainless, particular brand, and some bells and whisles I was hoping for) Joey took the time to help me find a good replacement at a price within my budget. Thank you! Allison and Yessenia at the service counter were absolutely professional and helpful. They went above and beyond with helping me with my appliance purchase. Excellent care. One of the better Home Depot’s in the area. Thanks for the great service from the two of you. This place is a maze , unorganized . I’m leaving. Yessenia and Allison were amazing! Thank you for your help! Going the extra mile, guaranteed i’ll come back. I’m in the process of multiple home improvement projects and one of them is installing blinds throughout my entire home. Therefore he's had to visit multiple Home Depot locations to find what he needs. I had 16 sets of blinds cut at this location. One of them ended up getting damaged in the machine. I went to return the damaged set at a different Home Depot that I was closest to at the time. Even though Home Depot’s policy allows you to return an item at any location, the Commack store refused to do my refund because it was cut at the East Northport store (this store). I returned to this store and told them what happened. The wonderful ladies at the customer service area, Allison and Yessenia, were so helpful and understanding. They apologized that I had such a bad experience at the other store, gave me no issues with my return / exchange , and even went out of their way to take down my number and contact me directly when the product I needed came back in stock. I will forever choose that location over the other ones! Thank you Allison and Yessenia for being awesome! Jaylen in your store is Awesome!! He went way above and beyond his job. I couldn’t find a lock that was suppose to be there. He took the time and brought me to the pro area ordered it and said he will call me when they find it. I continued to shop and Jaylen found his co worker and they found it in a different location. He then found me in the store with the lock before I left. What a great worker in Jaylen you have not to many left these days. Really appreciate the extra effort!!
