James Hux decided to attend law school only as a sophomore at The Ohio State University. In fact, he had never thought about becoming a lawyer as a child.
James' father was a minister, and his mother was in the nonprofit sector. The only thing he was certain of, was that he was going to do something good for people. He was determined to give everyone a chance to speak.
James' early legal career began after he graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Law. It included everything from highly complex intellectual property and privacy issues to FDA registrations that were incredibly bureaucratic. He also worked directly with his clients in a product liability/personal injury firm.
James found his passion for employment law after he was introduced to a case.
The combination of his technical knowledge from law school with his natural ability to communicate and connect with individuals of all backgrounds made employment law a great fit for him.
