We have established a maintenance team to handle all services for our tenants, including an emergency line which runs 24/7. We also offer property management in Columbus, Ohio, and have the largest pool of homes for rent in The Ohio State University District, including homes with security systems, decks and porches, and hardwood floors. We also manage 31 apartments in University Commons, which is comfortably remodeled and strategically located to offer a convenient space for professional students. Some of the other areas we manage single-family houses include Whitehall, Reynoldsburg, and German Village.
