We take pride in your satisfaction. We assure you that your bike requirements are at the top of our list. We will be honest if we fail to meet your bike needs. Believe in us to always tell you the truth. This will bring you back and inspire you to tell other cyclists about us. You will have your bike repaired in the order it was received to buy us a little extra time. We also sell used bikes at a fair price. Our technicians are assigned to one bike and then the next. We cannot overpromise or overdeliver. If we say we will complete the repairs in 5 days, we usually mean 3, so we will deliver before we promise.
