He took my money, had the plaintiff on the stand, asked the plaintiff if he had any proof the plaintiff said he had no proof. I had proof that showed the plaintiff was harassing me and Art decided not to use it once the plaintiff was caught in a lie. He didn't want to piss the judge off with my language is what he told me in the court room as all this played out. He is a con man or forgot wich side he was representing. BTW 2 of the 5 star ratings are his secretary and her husband. Mr South started out with enthusiasm about my case but soon started complaining how hard it would be to win. The only thing he did for my case was obtain two medical records. After 4 1/2 years of not returning phone calls, not keeping me informed and complaining how hard he had to work to represent you I settled for a verysvery fraction because he had basically given up. If you truly need help with a case, don't use Mr South. Your stress will multiply and you will waste years waiting on him to do something with your case He was my wife’s ex husband’s divorce lawyer.I don’t know how he does it but he manages to keep his clients so out the loop they can’t possibly win. Even charged the ex for collecting half my wife’s lawyer and court fees after I already paid everything off. Don’t know how he’s allowed to represent military people but he’s getting people paid.
