She is professionally active in the Oklahoma Employment Lawyers Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association. Leah is a dedicated arts enthusiast and a volunteer for the Arts Council of Oklahoma City. She co-chaired the steering Committee of Artisans from 2019 to 2021. Leah chaired Opening Night 2019, served on the board of directors for the Girls Scouts of Western Oklahoma and the deadCenter Film festival. Leah co-chaired Plaza District Festivals in 2018 and 2019 and served as the Plaza District board of directors' chair from 2019-20. Leah was the vice-chair of the Oklahoma Women's Coalition Board and the Community Literacy Centers' board. Super Lawyers recognized Leah in employment litigation from 2017-2021. NextGen under 30 recognized her in 2017 for her legal and community work. Oklahoma Gazette named her in Forty Under 40, and The Journal Record selected her for Achievers Under 40 in 2021.
