There was a mixture of feedback from clients overall. The majority praised the dedication and trustworthy relationships they had with the attorneys. We were very impressed at how quickly they resolved the issue." But some people were unhappy with the service they received. One disgruntled client said that they had a communication problem with the team. Asked for more than a hundred dollars worth of information and only got an email. The customers were also unhappy with the response to their requests. One said they had to call and follow up repeatedly because the attorneys never got back to them. The client also noted that every time they called, they were referred to a voicemail, which was frustrating.
