Gu-Wi has received multiple positive reviews indicating they have excellent customer service. Customers are quick to say Gu-Wi's crew of Greyson, Justin, Moises and Keegan and Gage are professional, results oriented and polite when handling the jobs. Great communication is another aspect that sets Gu-Wi apart - clients are surprised by the speed with which they can get quotes, confirm services and get scheduled. This was a critical distinction for many clients who were faced with long wait times from other providers. The company is excellent at following up with an email reminder so clients can stay informed. Gu-Wi is a great company, largely due to quick responses and very professional and courteous service. Their gutter and roof services in our case ended up looking better than when we had moved in. It is a great local company that I would be more than happy to recommend to anyone who needs professional gutter and window cleaning. On balance, Gu-Wi always has the trust and loyalty of its clients, owing to the great customer service and the cleaning work that it delivers.
