Global Services Feedback: 1. Great! 2. They're now out of business. Signed me up for a two years service contract, charged me $298.00. Two weeks later they were gone. 3. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! On 4/16/25 their technician diagnosed the problem with my furnace; I paid the required fee, and my payment was accepted. BUT, I never received an estimate (which they SAID they would provide later that day), nor an opportunity to schedule the actual repair work. Each time I call their number I get a message saying they are ..... “not accepting calls…”. Either they blocked my number (for some reason) or they’re going out of business!!!?I plan to visit their office in person as soon as I am able to. 4. The Global team was prompt and hardworking when I needed them to replace my HVAC. 5. A++++ Mike was AWESOME!! VERY professional and a GREAT job!! 6. Global Services is a "top notch" company that provides excellent service. I had a new heater installed yesterday, and the employees that did the work were very professional and efficient, finishing the job in only two hours and fifteen minutes. Mike, (the manager) made a follow up call the next day to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this company if you need to have any heating services done on your property. 7. Global Services is hands down a fantastic company. We've been using them for the past two years and they've been fantastic. From quick responses, to being able to handle our HVAC needs both big and small, Global Services has been professional, punctual, and extremely friendly. Shout out to Mike and the team on always keeping our homes regulated and comfortable! 8. The Global team was professional, polite, timely, and cleaned up after themselves. They displayed expertise by explaining the process and making me feel comfortable with my decision. I have been in the service industry for over 25 years. In my experience Global is definitely one of the best companies I have ever come across. This is the second time I have used them they installed an HVAC full system 6 years ago and my energy efficiency has gone through the roof since. Whomever the manager, trainer and mentors are please pat yourself on the back. You deserve kudos for a job well done. 9. My HVAC system went down. Called Global Services and have worked with them in the past. They have always been customer service-oriented. My system was too far gone to repair. They offered me a good price to replace it with a complete new system. The techs that came to my house were friendly and professional. Explaining to me what they were doing and why. It was an extremely positive experience. And now, having a new system I'm worry free with the temperatures going into the 90's for at least the next week. They responded to me promptly and completed the installation in half a day. You won't go wrong using Global Services and with Mike.
