Creative Hope Academy of Dance

Originally from Warren, RI, Casey began dance training at age ten. Her first love was hip hop, but she soon found the classic genres. She attended many different schools, where she focused strongly on flexibility, strength, and technique. Her dream was always to inspire and educate the next generation. Casey joined FusionWorks at 17 before moving to NYC to pursue her dance career. She was trained by some of the most acclaimed choreographers and teachers. Her pupils' technique and strength have always been central to her teaching career. Her students have won awards in competitions, including the top twelve places at YAGP. They have also successfully performed on stage, and Ms. Casey's choreography has received awards. She is studying various styles and certifications so she can enrich her knowledge base. Some of the many different genres Ms. Casey has certified in include AcrobaticArts and American Barre Technique. Casey believes that teaching should be tailored to each student. Every student benefits from good teaching. She wants each student to feel refreshed and excited to come back to class.
