I would give a 0...who in the hell sets you up with a therapist when you suffer anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia and just lost 3 siblings and then i payed for a prescreening over the internet all to have to cancel......no people, I'm not calling billing.at the end of my screening it said "pay here" now would u like to see that screen shot....I would definitely use lea pinkston though I've never used her but she was very professional when reaching out but you renieka,i would expect better...no,you should reach out to billing and pay me back since you made the mistake and won't own up to it but it's ok....sometimes you never know who's on the other end of the computer or who they may know and I will be calling them to let them know how my valuable time was just wasted and how I have to get my own refund when u should.
