Quonset Studios

Quonset Studios is a 3,600 sq. ft. highly renovated quonset building. It comes with an efficient modern HVAC system, a brand-new roof free from leaks, new bathroom fixtures, concrete sealed floors with a lot of insulation. The original doors and windows create a modern look, round ceilings sketch your eye up, tilt-out operable windows offer breezes, and a charm environment is created from over 60 years old. There are 19 studios. The 127 to 213 square feet is enough with a double studio available with special arrangements. The nine-foot high wood walls bring a beautiful and open atmosphere. Open ceilings provide an open feel to avoid a confined space. For enhanced privacy, we include enclosed acoustic roofs. The studios we offer may be located with windows facing North or South. The windows will be immediately assigned to the first request. Special electrical or water arrangements can be arranged on a case by case basis. At Quonset Studios, they are looking for serious artists, artisans, craftsmen, and professionals who have a separate work area from their living quarters. The area is not intended for living or storage. It is also unsuitable for loud machines or trades that use a lot of fumes.
