Monica Estella Van Valkenburgh: Originally from Texas, my family moved to UT from Brownsville in 1996. Austin immediately appealed to me. My best friend and husband, Scott, and Giuliana, a new addition to our family, are my two greatest allies. Hannah is our canine family member. Together, my happiest moments include discovering new spots, taking long strolls with my family, and attending photography and art classes.
