Since 2005, Tremain Artaza PLLC is continuously committed to practicing Employment Law. Our Attorneys have been practicing employment law for an extended period. We have attorneys who have handled cases before state, federal, county and arbitration courts as well as private arbitrations throughout Texas, Arizona Michigan, California, and other states. This includes the United States Supreme Court and appellate courts of the 5th,6th,8th and 9th Circuit Federal Courts of Appeals, the EEOC and NLRB as well as DOL and MSPB.
Each partner has been Board Certified by the American Board of Labor & Employment Law. Only Board Certified attorneys are allowed to represent themselves publicly as experts in certain areas of law. The designation is only given to attorneys who have a public, high-level commitment to excellence. The TBLS says that it signifies "substantial experience and relevant knowledge" of employment law as well as "tested, demonstrated, and proven special competency" in this area. There are more than 70,000 lawyers licensed to practice in Texas. Fewer than 10% of Texas attorneys are Board Certified. The most difficult thing to do is to change. But changes are essential. We believe in continuous learning, which is why each attorney is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. The College is available only to attorneys who are willing to work harder and more often than the minimal requirements for attorney education. The College honors attorneys who enhance and maintain their skills and improve the quality and service they provide to the public. We are always learning - experience is not a crutch. We always want to improve our services and better serve our clients.
