Reliable Independence Art Studios is in an eccentric, cool area of Houston. Artists were drawn to this studio because of its large lots, relative affordability, and zoning classification. It feels as though honorary inner-loopers had been living an urban ranch life. We have the key to the gate, which leads to a half-acre that consists of five art studios, a home, and an office. Cute and a bit weird, but we love it! Out of the five studios, only four are available. You can work at the studio all day and all night, and it is a lockable studio. This studio was created for easel painters, and the work wall is 10ft tall and 19ft wide. These studios are due to a thoughtless decision to include a loo and sink, which leaves 400 sq. feet for a studio space and 100 sq. feet for a storage loft. At 220 sq. feet of studio space, they are a bit wider than a 20ft shipping container.
