The Intermediate Summer Workshop is tailored to match the needs of Level 5 dancers, who have either recently visited en pointe or progressed to the Pre-Pointe level. Non-BCH applicants must audition. The workshop accommodates dancers aged 10-14 years. The primary focuses are pointe work, ballet technique, Modern Dance, and conditioning. The Young Dancer's Workshop is a weeklong half-day program for Level 2 to 4 dancers. The workshop is open to any non-BCH dancer aged 7-11 who has already completed a year of ballet using the ballet barre. The program includes jazz, ballet, and modern dance classes. Dancing helps children develop flexibility, strength, and coordination.
