He got me most of everything I wanted during my divorce and was down to earth and made me laugh. Love Nicole! This office wouldn’t run as smoothly without her! Duration of our mediation case took 8 months from start to finish for a simple mediation. Nicole would rarely return... His professionalism was poor at best. Called me "gay" for having items I wanted in mediation. Said I was acting like a woman. I had to give him a ride... After everything was said and done he wanted to keep the entire $4500 retainer and refused to send me itemized billing. I chose Bill due to his good reviews... I would highly recommend anyone else. I've delt with lawyers in several different areas of practice and never have been charged for a consultation, seems very odd. This was not to draft anything or go over specifics, just to answer basic questions about how it works.
