Testimonials 1. This review is in response to my experience with Ms. Boll & Sherry. I am a 33-year-old female who was recently in need of a family lawyer for my ongoing high-conflict divorce. During the first initial phone call, I felt listened to and was provided advice (to not sue the other party) and Sherry researched my case quickly and was so easy to talk to. I felt as though my situation was being handled with care and I was updated on the status. I had never met a lawyer that made me feel heard. I was surprised by how comforting it was to feel that someone had my back after my ex and his attorney were not listening to me. A very short time later, Kaye Lynne called me when Sherry was working outside with a client, and Kaye Lynne was also comforting and gave me advice on what to do. She also explained her fee structure and said she would be more available now that my case was set up and asked if I needed anything else. I felt like a client who was paying for the work. I was very anxious after my call with Kaye Lynne. A week after talking to Sherry and Kaye Lynne, I received an email with an invoice. I was told I would be charged $500. I had no idea how many hours I was going to be working with them and had no idea that they would call that hour. I asked Sherry to explain, but she said that the bill was accurate. I asked Kaye Lynne for an explanation, but she was not available to take my call. I had a very serious question for my lawyer and I was shocked that she offered no rebuttal. I am very disappointed in the lack of any customer service skills from Ms. Boll. If she wanted me to be satisfied with her services, she would've explained the invoice when I asked. This review is in response to a less than optimal experience with Ms. Boll & Sherry. Hopefully, I can update this review with a positive experience.
