Frank met with my husband for the very first time just ONE hour before his court appearance. He was completely unprepared and unprofessional. He was not listening to our concerns and barely had time to review the case. Every information we shared with him, the primary evidence, and copy-paste was dismissed with a straight face. Though he boasted of how to handle the case, Frank disappeared after we paid him. He claimed we did not need some information in the courtroom, but we had given him all the details. During the hearing, he missed out on the crucial idea that we shared, and the judge dismissed our case. Due to Skipper's negligence, we had to hire another law firm, and we started the case all over. The minutes we shared with the new attorney were the only evidence and primary information. The new court case lasted less than 10 minutes, and we won our case. Skipper was a terrible lawyer who could not help me. I had a case for six months, and Frank couldn't win because he did not concentrate on my case. I had to remind Frank to help me file and follow my case. Frank never gave me hope, as he was not organizing my case in order. The worst thing was that he could not bring forth all the information I had given him. Frank was double charging me on stuff, and all these were false promises he was making.
