Review Summary I had this attorney for my case in February. By the end of April, I was admitted to a VA hospital and informed him to give an extension since I had a court date on May 8. He did not act on that. He did not notify the court in any way. When I came out, I emailed him the documents to prove I was in the hospital and called and emailed him. He has not contacted me for over five months. He is always "busy with a meeting." It's now almost October, and a warrant of my arrest is out! I am going to Texas Bar to lodge a direct grievance since he has ruined my chances of completing software engineering school, which doesn't seem to bother him (I have gathered this information from his continuous failure to return my calls or email messages for over five months). If another attorney can represent you, please avoid Mr. Wayne Bachus by all means. This could have been avoided, but his clear lack of concern for his clients has ruined many people's lives!
