Feedback Overview for Ellsworth Law Firm, PLLC Google Reviews aim to aid others in making well-founded decisions based on actual consumer experiences. It is necessary to note I do not leave reviews casually. This Google review is written after enduring many direct firm interactions during a family law issue. The experience was consistently negative. As a consumer, I found the firm’s style sloppy, unprofessional, and poorly managed. Mediation initiatives were disorganized, key procedural sequencing was routinely overlooked, and positions were advanced prematurely without sufficient fact-finding. Speculation was repeatedly branded as established truth, and these conflicts instead of defusing them. Even more than procedural failures, the firm's attitude and behavior were off-putting. Communications were dismissive, combative, and unnecessarily abrasive, intensifying an already stressful situation. The communication was unreliable, follow-through was lacking, and accountability was minimal at best. In family and children’s law issues, clients should expect discipline, professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgment. Those fundamentals are missing. I would caution others based on the totality of my interactions and not recommend this firm in good faith to anyone in need of competent, fact-driven, and clear-headed representation. So far so good! Ellsworth Law Firm helped me with my divorce. Dale was really good about keeping me in the loop and letting me know what to expect up and down the way. Thank you very much Ellsworth Law Firm, PLLC kept me up to date on what was happening and what to expect as we went through my divorce. I am really happy with the service and I think they are great. Thank you Dale is an amazing lawyer. He helped me with my legal case this year and I am thrilled at the results. Throughout the process, I felt he was on top of things, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. I also felt he was very reasonable with his pricing. I am glad I hired him and definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal help. Dale handled my child custody agreement and was fantastic to work with. Dale is personable, to the point and significantly knowledgeable. Once I retained him, the whole process became painless. I realize family law issues can be among the most emotionally draining scenarios and having Dale on your team is invaluable. I don’t write many Google reviews but feel compelled to here. Dale got my divorce done fast and at a much fairer price than other places. He explained everything extremely well before even getting paid anything. I’d recommend him to anybody who asks.
