Customer Reviews 1. Worst company ever. Purchased a car with a bad timing chain and cam phasers a few months back, cost me $3,000 the next day to repair it. The warranty they gave me is fake, so it was not covered at all. Also, later, they also told me the ac blend door was bad, which was actually not, and still charged for it. The ac condenser was an issue and had to get freon recharge as well. Horrible. Would never recommend them. I wouldn't wish buying a car from this company on my worst enemy. Simply garbage. 2. I spent a significant time looking for a reliable car before eventually coming across Liberty motors. I cannot tell another customer about the great customer service I received here. The staff is kind, courteous, considerate, quick to respond, free, and highly informative. I had a technical question and the mechanic, George answered immediately, to my satisfaction. I do not usually write reviews, but I would highly recommend liberty motors. 3. Absolute garbage. I bought a truck from them with lots of issues that they had not disclosed previously. The ac stopped working, and they lied, saying it was the blend door, was faulty, which was not. They replaced the timing chain 24 hours later, along with cam phasers. Costs over $3,500, he was not helpful and suggested something could have broken on my way home. Don’t purchase any vehicles from this company. I would give -10 stars if I could. 4. This place went above and beyond in helping me buy a car. I came from another place, and my flight had delays, getting there 30 minutes before closing. They let me test drive, and there was no pressure. I highly recommend them. 5. Thanks, Liberty Motors! For the ‘15 Chevy Silverado, this is an awesome truck. And the price was right! Next time I’m shopping for a car, I’m checking with you!
