Customer Testimonials for Butler Moss O'Neal, PLC: 1. I highly recommend Ted Butler. He and his team got me through the toughest time of my life with professionalism, stability, and dignity. Since our very first talk to the end of my divorce process, I always felt safe and secure with Ted and his team. They were always two steps ahead of me, and they made the legal side of divorce so easy for me. Their clarity, their action, and their living, real-time updated guidance made a complex process feel simple. However, the most important thing they gave me was peace of mind. I always felt informed, prepared, and in good hands. If you want a legal team that is competent with a heart and present, I highly recommend them.ите 2. Used 2 other custody lawyers in 2 other counties. Wow wow…. Never seen a lawyer constantly working during trail and so prepared before hand. Other lawyers prepare but Ms. O’Neil was working and constantly changing her questions and approach during trial. What a beast. Wouldn’t want her on other side. 3. Callie Gibson and Abby McNelis are both absolute beasts yet they are so personable and incredible to work with. I'll review them both here and begin with Callie 4. If you’re looking for someone to TRULY fight for you in a courtroom, Nicole is who you want on your side. Her knowledge of the intricacies of the legal system is unmatched. She listens when you speak, she’s extremely responsive, she is honest.. I would NOT want to be on the opposing side of her. 5. Attorney Nicole O’Neal Обand her assistant Julie helped me through a difficult divorce that involved custody and visitation. She was patient and had my children’s best interests in mind through it. The entire team at the Butler, Moss & O’Neal provided excellent customer support and transparent communication. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking compassionate and effective legal help. 6. If you want to win, you need Nicole O’Neal!! Nicole handled the custody case that we got full custody of my husband’s children! She truly is an advocate for her clients and goes above and beyond. She is well respected amongst all the other local attorneys and has great rapport with everyone in the court system. Nicole knows the ins and outs of the law and has consistently provided us with top notch legal advice. We can’t thank her enough for everything she has done to help out our beautiful family! 7. Don’t waste your money with these lawyers. Chapman Good has refused to answer phone calls from his client, my partner, or his client’s family after being incarcerated. Mr. Good charged us $4,000.00 and hardly defended him in court. We were told by Mr. Good that he would work to make a deal to avoid a felony and incarceration. Instead, he conceded completely to the prosecutor, who he appeared friendly with, and offered 0 defense in court. Now that my partner’s is in jail, he has been trying to reach Mr. Good to get a work release order from his judge. Mr. Good refuses to provide any assistance, and his staff couldn’t even tell us who his client’s judge is. Mr. Good did not know who the judge was in a case that he charged $4,000.00 to defend someone in. We’ll be filing a complaint with the VSB once my partner is released. Save yourself $4,000.00 and get a pro bono lawyer instead, they will be more effective. 8. I am so thankful for Nicole O'Neal and her assistant Julie for their outstanding work during my divorce case. From the start, Nicole and Julie were prompt, thorough, and relentless in making sure my case was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. They made sure every detail was addressed, and their dedication to getting me the best possible outcome was always evident. Nicole’s advice, integrity, and support gave me confidence, and I greatly appreciated her responsiveness and attention to detail. Julie was also incredibly helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work, and I highly recommend Nicole O'Neal and her team to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and dedicated attorney.10/10 Recommend! 9. Ted Bulter was an over priced paper weight in court. Spent $4,500 to have him sit next to me in court with no objections and no defense on my behalf. Not sure about the other partners but I can only assume they carry the same demeanor. Only there to cash your check, not properly represent you or your case. I would urge you to look elsewhere and not waste your hard earned money. 10. Nicole O'Neal is a fantastic attorney. She managed the complexities of my case with such confidence and competence that I never once worried about the outcome. She handled the issues of my case with a tenacity that made me lucky to be on her side, not the opposition. I will certainly hire her again if needed, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a family law attorney.
