We visited Olmstead and Olmstead on June 20th, and on July 9th, we called Tim to confirm that we have an estimate of the damage which was approximately $2,500 and asked him to clarify the contract. He responded that he was going to call us back after coming from a vacation by July 16. So after July 16, We send him an email on July 17, 2019 asking for a response, if he could take the case or we should just wait, and if we have to wait, we asked for the purchase of the bumper since it was a hazard, especially on the highway speeds. After that email, there was no response from Tim. I just left the message on the voicemail and made a follow-up call but no response. After 2 to 3 weeks after my call, I managed to get him online and he told me he has another attorney in mind whom he could refer me to. I followed up for 2-3 days but he never got back, so I just left everything to avoid further stress. So yes after he called me in August, I told his secretary that there was no need of calling me because I had already replaced the bumper since the email I sent him failed to get any response and I was going to wait for too long until when my kid is ready to be in college that is when he could have made a decision. I had no plan of calling Olmstead & Olmstead after that and I will never ever recommend any of my friends to reach him for his service or even to visit him for any legal representation or for any future use because that was the worst experience in terms of customer expectations.
