I strongly discourage others from visiting this law firm. We had a terrible experience as we tried to update our end-of-life documents. Initially, we simply wanted to make adjustments. I had a phone conversation with Mr. Vondy, and per his request, I sent him documentation on our previous plans and a letter that clearly explained the adjustments we wanted. Our mid-January phone conference two weeks later was a disaster; Mr. Vondy behaved as though we did not understand what a Will was and stated, "Let me educate you on the components of a Will.” I was obliged to interject and verify that we were knowledgeable, and we just wanted an update. I asked whether he had reviewed the materials that we had sent him, and he said yes but proceeded to ask about our name's spelling. This was bizarre since our surname was present on each page's top. I cut the phone conversation short and decided to contact another lawyer. Am I going back to this firm? No. We want a lawyer who helps you achieve your targets, not one with a personal agenda. Would I recommend this firm? No. Only if you are new to such cases and have enough time to learn all that the firm can do for you. I have had a deed created and submitted to the courthouse by the company. The fee charged was very fair, and the operation was seamless. The firm is outstanding, and I would highly recommend it.
