Customer feedback Karen Holman actions and behavior 1. This lawyer is not very nice. She is rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. I paid her to do my QDRO. She made two terrible errors on my QDRO. First she put the wrong address on my QDRO on a NOTARIZED FORM. A NOTARIZED FORM. When I questioned her about it she said it was a draft. Why would anyone notarize a draft? Secondly, she listed me as PRO SE on my QDRO. PRO SE means without representation. Karen Holman accepted me as a client. She charged me $1200. Then she took my money. Then on my QDRO, a legal document, she listed me as having no representation. When I confronted her about her very terrible errors she was rude, disrespectful, defensive, and unprofessional. Also, I tried to leave a review for her on facebook, but for some reason, the review is hidden. I am going to look into options in how to report her behavior to those with proper legal oversight. Called in to gain information to see if I had a potential case as I was talking to the receptionist they just hung up on me mid-sentence very unprofessional and had no empathy or care No empathy and care Karen Holman Receptionist 3. We called explained the case and she hung up in my face... 4. Our family used Karen Holman as an expert point of contact during an unfortunate situation that occurred with one of our children's school. She truly went FAR above and beyond to answer our questions and reassure us we should not need her true legal services. Karen was incredibly kind, prompt, candid, and understanding. In a situation that was foreign to us, but not to her, she put my mind as ease. I will be forever thankful for the concern she provided for our family. I would highly recommend her for anyone's legal needs.
