Some Customer reviews 1.1. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I would leave no stars. They are absolutely terrible and even worse. Don't get me started. They tell you $100 for a consultation, then they charge you $400 after they hang up. They are uncompassionate and expensive. They are cold-hearted. They didn't offer any solution just blamed some other person instead of fixing the issue. Everything was over the phone because of covid, but most business are in person. They didn't offer me the consultation I paid for. Ms. Robertson is terrible and cold. She cut me off before I could explain my perspective and told me my case is impossible, and she can't help me. She made me feel bad for even asking for help. The way Ms Robertson treated me was very cold and distant. I could tell she didn't want anything to do with me or my case. My first impression was not a good one. 1.2. Laurie was amazing. I got primary custody of my son. This was difficult to achieve because I hear that Washington state typically sides with the mother, but I felt that Laurie fought for me. She was very eloquent and aggressive, and the judge was impressed by her presentation of my case. Thank you, Laurie, for everything that you have done for me and for ensuring that my son is in the right place. You will never regret hiring Laurie or anyone from Washington Family Law Group. It ended up in trial and Laurie was amazing. She is a fighter, and she fought for me. She didn't give up on me and never gave the other side any free passes.
