Client Feedback Snapshot: In general, a great experience! ! Edmonds Wills & Trusts called me soon after I requested a quote. As I expected, the process was thorough and easy. They were patient and very helpful, answering every question I had about the process and the aftermath.2. I reached out for estate planning through email and got a response that day. The email asked me to call the office to schedule an appointment. For the past 2 weeks, I've called multiple times and left messages, but nobody has called back. It looks like they are too busy to respond.3. Worked with Lauren Eldridge to complete our estate planning documents. A task that has been on my "to do" list for way, way too long. Lauren was personable, professional, and thorough as she created our trust, will, and associated documents. She provided clear explanations and took the time needed to answer questions. This was a very positive experience for me and my wife.4. I have two disabled vets as parents. We had massive concerns and lots of questions. Edmonds Wills and Trusts staff and in particular, Lauren Eldridge, were very knowledgeable and friendly; They even said that they would come out to the car because my wife couldn't walk. That was amazingly compassionate! Plus, Lauren was the only person to ask us for our military discharge papers that will give us money for using her firm for our estate planning!5. Ms. Bradley walked us through the whole process and was patient with our questions and needs. She even answered questions we didn’t think to ask/she had been asked previously. Every person we interacted with was very professional and nice. And while getting a will is not something on a list of exciting adventures we now know our children and assets are protected in case something happens.6. Very professional. Did everything we asked for. They were prompt. Courteous, clean environment and following Covid protitical. Will use again for any other needs that they can fulfill7. After my initial consultation, Kyle Ray helped us get a packaged will. At the same time, we had some litigation issues with our deceased parents' estate. This was not in Kyle's area of expertise, and so instead of taking it on, Kyle referred an expert in Seattle. Kyle is honest, trustworthy, fast, and a great value.
