She worked diligently to resolve the problem while trying to avoid a quiet title action. After several weeks, Kim used a different title company and found the document within 24 hours. Then Kim advised the original title company to refund my entire attorney fees. I will never use any other attorney!!!13. Unfortunately I have had to interact with a few different lawyers in the past decade, but fortunately for the last legal dispute, I had Mr. Luke. Dealing with him is utterly different from other attorneys. In other words, he will give you the best advice for you, and for you to be in the best situation possible. As opposed to others who will give you best-case scenario/ potential advice, in order to have you pursue more and rack up the fees. Mr. Luke has exceptional communication and was very prompt throughout the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough.14. Incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to take on my case. John was condescending over the phone and unwilling to work with me. Do not recommend.15. I was very fortunate to have Kim Olsen during my lawsuit. She gave me counsel every step of the way, and was there to answer all my questions. She was reasonably priced to begin with, and was very kind when it came to not charging me for every little thing. Hope I never have to go through a similar experience, but if I do, I would most certainly use this firm again, no doubt
