I started working with truce law on my custody case, from the start they were not keeping me up to date or answering my questions efficiently. They ran through the entire retainer and not one thing was filed for my case so I decided to part ways and asked them to file a withdrawal of service, which they have not done and it has been a week, and I am not able to continue on with my case until it is turned in. So I have contacted them and still not heard back. They also said in the contract they would let me know when the retainer dropped below a certain amount, which I would’ve chosen to discontinue service at that point, but again they did not until it was all gone and now they are trying to make me pay much more for “services done” after doing absolutely nothing with my 5 thousand, and they are not replying or giving me any explanation for why I was not notified or why they have not filed the notice of withdrawal. I honestly feel like I was completely scammed.13. My experience with Truce Law was fantastic. Benjamin and Lilith were both very kind and compassionate. My family and I were going through a very trying time. They provided the guidance and reassurance we needed to deal with the situation. We will be forever grateful for their help.14.
