We were founded in 1979 and are today the largest private alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Over 400 former state and federal judges and attorneys make up our panel, all with deep industry and practice experience and stellar track records. Over 200 employees and associates back our JAMS clients and neutrals. We include ADR system designers and case managers with over a hundred collective years of experience.
