They took my case when I was hit and said they would take care of corresponding with the insurance. They asked me to report how I was feeling regularly, and I was diligent. Then my healthcare service providers realized they weren't getting paid - 7 months later - and refused to let me make appointments until it was resolved. I left messages and wouldn't get any straight answers in return. My massage therapist was the one who spent the time with my insurance to figure it our (apparently an internal error with the insurance company, they just needed someone to hound they about it.) BUT THEN out of the blue FOR NO REASON AT ALL, Pacific West suddenly dropped me from their case load - WITHOUT A REASON! Then they made it sound like they did me a favor for not charging me when I now have to find a new lawyer and I WASTED ALL THOSE months working with them. I was hit - they said they would represent me, and 7 month later for no reason at all they dropped me.14. I don't think there is a better group of lawyers, because I would personally bet on them again in case of an accident. Thank you for the world class service 15.
