No matter what your level of expertise, you’ll get the guidance you need. The membership includes a 20% discount at a cycle shop and a free flat tire fix for that annoying incident when your tire goes flat. Only labor; no parts. Re/Supply members get a second life for their pre-loved gear when they trade it in at their local store. Bring your gear to this store or any REI Store to complete your trade-in. Make sure that your items are in good working condition. A store associate will evaluate your gear to see if it meets program requirements. You can use the online trade-in catalog to see if your item is eligible, and what it might be worth. Upon acceptance of any trade-in, you will be issued credit in the form of an electronic REI gift card that will be emailed to you.
