DreamBikes Madison is a non-profit, tax-exempt 501(c), 3 organization that sells refurbished bicycles, reliable used parts, and professional-grade services. The store also provides paid, hands-on job training for teenage employees. We partner with local youth groups to reach out to teenagers and employ them as mechanics to repair and restore donated bicycles. Being part of our staff means learning how to use the sales software and developing interpersonal skills to achieve the utmost customer service. This is more than just a job; it's a lifelong lesson in skill acquisition and personal growth that prepares you for the rest of your life. High quality budget bike options and the outstanding seller-client relationship thanks to the employees. The client satisfaction is seen when the employees also listen to what the clients say so as to provide quality service. The community spirit is upheld by doing good deeds to the members. Community members are as well drawn in by the great lunch service. A good bike shop should regularly provide useful and pocket-friendly items to their customers. All types of bikes are present at the shop, with my most preferred being the option to have a bike assembled for me at a reasonable fee. I am not new to bikes, but I can say that this shop is my go-to for all my bike services.
