Hostile Staff, High Prices, Poor Customer Service
Holy cow! The audacity of this place!! I called to inquire about enrollment, but I said I'd have to think about it because the price is very high. Apparently, the receptionist enrolled us anyway. I received a message that my card was declined (it was on file from 2020 so of course it's expired). I called back to ask why I was charged and the person who answered was hostile! I explained the situation and she simply said "well you weren't charged, it was declined".. yes, because you charged a card that you have on file from 2020 without my authorization. I was still thinking about enrollment because the cost is significant. We decided to go somewhere else. Then she said "best of luck at another place" then hung up before I could say anything else. She hung up so aggressively that the person next to me heard the click. I haven't been treated this badly in some time, especially with regard to activities for my children!!
The unfortunate thing is, we likely would have come this way in the future if my kids ended up liking the trial at the other place. Not anymore!
