We were selling and buying with a simultaneous settlement which definitely came with its challenges, but the team went completely above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. Their communication, professionalism and customer service were honestly second to none. Nothing was ever too hard, no question was ever a problem and they genuinely cared about getting the best and fairest outcome for all parties involved. You can really tell this team loves what they do and takes pride in looking after their clients. We honestly couldn't recommend the team at Ellejayne Realty highly enough. Say what you like about real estate agents, let me tell you that Jayse Russo is the ultimate agent. We were in the market for a new chapter in our lives, and a move to the west lake area. Jayse knew what we wanted, and ultimately we found it through him. We could sit down with him, and his will do attitude and transparency and honesty won us over. Also Jay, his offsider that we dealt with a few times was a good bloke. Highly recommended and highly regarded. Ben, Amelia and the team behind the scenes were fantastic to deal with. From the initial meetings with Ben right through to Amelia making the magic happen with prospective buyers and can't forget Deb and her team for her styling/staging, turning our home into a magazine worthy space. Their genuinity and transparency really put our minds at ease and set the expectations for the market movement and balance the with our own expectations. The end result was above an above market purchase price and a super smooth transition through the end processes. Both Ben & Amelia were fantastic to deal with from our first inspection through to the exchange process on our purchase. They were knowledgeable, quick with information if they didn't know it & very accommodating when we asked for multiple viewings with both friends and family. Ben made the negotiation process transparent & relaxed & I'd recommend dealing with him to anyone that asks. We are so grateful for the incredible effort Jayce put in to help us find the right home. His local knowledge, honesty and persistence helped us secure the perfect home off market! He listened to what we wanted, kept us informed on every new property that he had coming up. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jayce to anybody looking to buy in the area Thank you ***** We engaged Ellejayne Realty to manage our investment property and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. Following the change of management, we experienced multiple administrative and compliance issues, including water and council rates remaining unpaid for an extended period (approximately 12 months), despite the management agreement providing that these were to be paid by the agent. As a result, water supply to the property was disconnected, which required intervention. Additional concerns included insufficient notice being provided for a routine inspection, delays in progressing requested maintenance matters, and ongoing communication issues. We were advised that a one-off goodwill fee waiver was applied and a new property manager allocated; however, this did not fully address the underlying issues experienced. As a result, we elected to transfer management to another agency. Very disappointing experience as a buyer. Settlement day was less than ideal. Being ghosted on follow up questions is also very disappointing. I had a terrible experience from start to finish with Ben . There was false advertising, and the agent consistently failed to answer calls or return messages. They were extremely difficult to deal with throughout the process and especially leading up to settlement. I understand many people call to waste time, but ignoring genuine clients shows a clear lack of respect and professionalism. I'm very disappointed with how the entire sales process was handled. Ben made our off-market buying experience feel calm, clear and genuinely supported. His communication was reassuring, his guidance was honest, and we always felt he had our best interests at heart. I'm so grateful for how smoothly he handled everything and for helping us secure our property with zero stress. We'd recommend him in a heartbeat.
