Ray White Real Estate Morisset Lake Macquarie Customer Feedback Summary I mentioned last email I would give a 5 star to Shannon Harder, Shannon is a residential property manager for Ray White Morisset. I've rented through Shannon @ RWM for 18 months now. It's been great! Any problems, questions or queries I've had, have been met with prompt replies via email or phone calls in an absolute professional manner. I know I'm a good tenant, but RWM have allowed me to be one, it's as simple as that. Speaking to other residents in my unit block I've found that they also speak highly of Shannon and we all agree that we're blessed to have such an amazing, caring property manager looking after us all. I have had the privilege of dealing with Sonja and Karen at Ray White Morisset for the past two years.

As a tenant, they were always available to me, attentive and more importantly friendly and kind. I had the opposite experience with PRD which are a couple doors up from Ray white so it's really refreshing to be able to rent through people who genuinely care about their tenants. I can only hope that any future agent I deal with are exactly like Sonja and Karen. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous , both with me as landlord and with tenants according to their report to me. I am very grateful for this, as are my tenants. I had an exceptional experience working with Stacey Bernard, who truly went above and beyond to assist me in securing a rental property under some unusual circumstances. From the very beginning, Stacey demonstrated outstanding professionalism, patience, and genuine care, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and supported. Her communication was clear and timely, and she was always willing to take that extra step to help. Very professional and she went above and beyond to get my house sold quickly and easily. This is a review for Adam , not to do with sales . We were broken down on the opposite side of the road in Morisset. He came over and helped us with our little Jimny we were towing behind our motorhome, it's tailshaft fell off , he help us tie it up to continue down the road , where another lovely gentleman help us remove the tailshaft . We were able to get home to the central coast. Thankyou ! I wanted to thank Nicholas for all his great support over the 5yrs I leased my commercial space with ray white,he and the team were all amazing and only ever a phone call away,great real estate I highly recommend them. David was very attentive to my needs and concerns he always advised me with professional integrity and honesty Unsure what to write here the system is broken and housing goes to the people who know the agents or already have a rental history with that realestate.
