When I contacted them, they were so warm, friendly, supportive and at the same time extremely professional, with an excellent understanding of the best way to proceed. This was a whole new experience for me and I was grieving and lived quite far away, but they made it all seem so smooth and straightforward. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them. It was a most comforting and supportive experience - so very necessary in this difficult time. 2. Willingness to assist was beyond my expectations. 3.Natasha look after me handling my dear friends probate etc she went above and beyond what i expected , i fully recommend GMS AND IN PARTICULAR NATASHA. 4. I contacted this firm by phone about a late estate and the interaction was disappointing. From the moment I gave my name, the attitude I received felt abrupt and unprofessional. I did not feel treated with the courtesy I would expect as a potential client. After speaking with the AIC NSW, I was advised that this business is not well known within their network, so I chose to go elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend GMS Legal. 5. A huge Thank you to Melissa, Leila and the team at GMS legal, this was our 2nd time using this fantastic firm for our sale and purchase, and once again they have gone over and above to make what is normally a stressful process, very simple and seamless. Communication was amazing, taking our calls and replying to emails, answering our MANY questions with no fuss and their professional.scheme was once again outstanding.. We highly recommend the team at GMS, Thank you ladies. 6. Our whole experience with GMS was a nightmare. Communication was rubbish emails were ignored, updates were rare, and we constantly had to chase them for even the most basic information. They made decisions on our behalf without checking with us and showed zero care or urgency. It felt like they were working against us, not for us.
